Would you be a WARRIOR LEADER?
I just came from a 3-day leadership camp in Rizal. I was with more than 100 Core Team Members of CA2020. Through it was my 2nd time to attend the boot camp in the same location, I felt really different. I didn’t get bored even though I already experienced some of the activities like the mud crawl, teamwork walk, spider web, tarzan jump and catch the pig. It was because I was in a new team which we barely knew each other. We did all the physical activities together. Everyone in the team participated and enjoyed the games. I felt the spirit of camaraderie among us. Of course, our main objective was to win. Though we didn’t, the most important thing was we enjoyed every activity and we gave our best on it. We had a bon fire on our first night where we gave up things from our closets that were not essential to our success in business and life. We started our second day by doing our VAKS and stretching for the next activities like rappelling, filling the pail and orienteering which we really had to strategize on how we will be able to see the stations and answer the questions. There was a great sharing when we were in the Warrior Café, learned new ideas from different core members and definitely got inspired from our mentors. We had another wonderful night of fun, happiness and bonding when we all performed and shared the things that we are grateful for. We sang our hearts out, swam and got asked what would be the best birthday gift that I can give to Tarzan (ahhahaha). On our last day, we listened to two of our great warrior mentors in the business. I remembered what he said about the things of being a warrior:

1. Fight for a cause that is worth bleeding for.
2. You should be willing to bleed for your cause.
3. Win and fight at all cost.
4. Value the system of failing
5. Don’t punish mistakes
6. Always do the right thing.

Being part of this group is really an honor and I am really proud that I am a Core Team Member of Create Abundance, a community of strong leaders and great warriors.
Truly, I became a better person having fun while developing all the skills that I need to be the best entrepreneur and the best person that I can be. I will always be grateful that I was able to see the path to where I can achieve success and continue meeting a lot of people to make a difference. I am thankful that this community brings out the true warrior spirit in me! I am proud to be a WARRIOR LEADER! Is it easy? NO! It is really difficult to be a warrior for yourself, family and friends and for the country but then again, we have a great cause bigger than ourselves that we are fighting for.

If you are a person who would take the challenge of being a WARRIOR, log in to our website http://www.ca2020.net , meet the other warriors and be with the team with full of warrior leaders who wants to make a big difference to every person.
